Solve Firefox and Google Chrome Crash Problem

Crashing Firefox or chrome is not a new problem; many of us have been suffering from this problem. If you have been irritated enough by the crash thing then try these mentioned solutions and get away with this problem.

Most of the times Adobe flash supported data on the websites opened in your browser lead to crash. Adobe flash player is usually the major culprit. The crash can also occur due to other plug-ins or extensions that have been installed on the websites you open.

How to get rid of crash problem?

1. Disable the Shockwave flash plug-in on your Firefox to judge if the websites are loading properly.  Go to the tools option of your browser and click Add on, here choose the “plug-in” option and check out the list of the plug-in installed. Check out for “Shockwave Flash” and disable it.

Reload the tabs on your browsers to ensure that they are now working properly. If still you are facing the problem then the culprit is the shockwave plug-in itself.

2. if the problem is due to the flash plug-in then you will have to update the latest version. In order to update plug-ins  go to find updates under the toolàadd-onsà Plug-ins. Firefox will then look out for updates. Click on update bar to update your flash player to its latest version. Test the browser again by restating.

3. If the problem still persists then you will have to uninstall the Flash plug-in and reinstall it. The uninstaller can be downloaded from Adobe to uninstall it.

Solve Crash problem of Google Chrome

You may have also been suffering with the same problem of crash with Google chrome.
The reason for its crash can be the same as for the Firefox and you can disable the extensions on your browser to disable it. You can disable this feature by going to the Tools à extension page

In order to disable flash players on your chrome browser, go to “Tools ==> Options ==> under the Hood ==> Content Settings ==> Plug-ins” and click on “Do not allow any site to use plug-ins”. Reload your browser and see if the problem still persists. If yes then you will have to uninstall the Flash player plug-in and install it again.
