Make Money From Blog Advertisements
Bloggers who wish to commercialize their blogs need to have advertisements in their blogs. Online advertising for blogs helps them to earn money when users perform a certain action on these blogs, depending on the type of advertisement which is placed. There are basically three kinds of ads which help bloggers to make money. One of the most common forms of advertisement is the pay-per click option. In this kind of advertisement, the blogger is paid an amount, every time any visitor clicks on the ad made by the advertiser.
Another common kind of advertising is the pay per impression. In this type of ad, the advertiser usually pays the blogger, whenever an ad appears on the page of the blog. Pay per action is another kind of advertising when the advertiser is required to pay the blogger whenever, anyone clicks on the ad and performs an action while making a purchase.
Contextual ads are very common in blogs and are actually pay per click ads. These ads are usually based on the content posted, where the ad is going to be displayed. This increases the chance of the user clicking on them. Google AdSense is a popular kind of contextual advertising which is found in many blogs.
Text links ads are usually not based on the basis of content posted on the page where the blog appears, but are placed on the basis of specific text which appears on that blog. One of these common kinds of ads is text link brokers. Impression based ads are those ads that are placed on the specific number of instances when these ads appear in such a blog. Some common examples of such ads are FastClick and the very popular Tribal Fusion.
Affiliate ads offer a chance to the blogger to link different products. The blogger gets paid whenever anyone makes a purchase from such an advertised product. Direct ads can also be used in blogs where advertisements are made on the basis of banner ads or similar kind of display. Payment which is made to the blogger is usually dependent on the traffic that is received by the blog. These ads are also known as sponsors.
