How to Sync To-Do List using Office 2010 OneNote in network PC’s?

Online users can have shared task list through Google documents but if you are using Office 2010 then you must use one note. In order to get the “Notebook Sync” option you need to browse the “More Commands” option. Here you will see “Quick Access Toolbar” under the drop down menu. After choosing it, add “Notebook Sync Status” in the existing command list so that it appears in the toolbar.
