Google Chrome Shortcuts for Easier and Swift Use

If you are using Google chrome as your browser then you can set it to full screen mode by pressing F11 on your keyboard. The same shortcut applies to Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox as well. You can use CTRL+T to open a new tab and CTRL+ Tab to switch between different tabs opened on your browser. But today you will learn an interesting way to write a new website address or open it in the full screen mode on Chrome. This makes the browser completely perfect to work in full screen mode

We are not going install any extension for this function as there are few extensions claiming for the same but doesn’t work at all. So here is the procedure to open a new site by putting address in full screen mode.

Open New Site in Google Chrome without coming back to Normal from Full-Screen

1. Set Google Chrome as your default browser. In order to do that, go to settings ==> Options page, here you will see an option of “default browser”. Set chrome as default browser.

2. Open the browser on your computer and hit F11 to switch to full-screen mode

3. Now you require to hit (Windows Key + R) to open run command of windows.

4. Here type the new site’s address and hit “Enter”. You will see that the new site is pop up in the new tab of your opened browser. You can employ above mentioned keyboard shortcut to open new websites in full screen mode of Google Chrome

Now you do not have to come back to normal mode again and again just to write a website address in address bar of your Chrome browser. You can close any opened tab in the browser by hitting (CTRL + W) combination on your keyboard.
